In 2004, SOY began this partnership to address 2SLGBTQ+ homelessness through stable housing, a connection to community, and one-on-one support. Through our community health well-being groups and our Goal Planning Service (GPS), we support youth to be able to care for themselves and each other.

The 519 serves the GTA and offers COUNTLESS programming for LGBTQ+ community. Their housing services are currently paused until further notice, but they offer a great list of housing resources that trans users have expressed to feel safer accessing.
